Yoga strengthens and stretches not only the muscles but also the immune system. Asanas positively affect the entire body. They help to resolve tension, improve blood circulation, and make the body feel fresh and balanced. During the exercises, you will experience that your body is not as inflexible as you thought. Everybody is dynamic and capable of things that one has not thought possible before. Yoga should help to develop body awareness and comfort.
Our classes are small with a lot of personal attention to every individual. Different people look for different things in yoga. This is why we tailor the yoga poses to your personal circumstances (fitness focus, recent pregnancy, high blood pressure, back problems etc.), prior experience and current goals.
At the beginning of your first class, the teacher will discuss with you your expectations and goals as well as current health issues (if any). Based on this information, the poses can be adapted for you to get the maximum benefit.
