Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, you are welcome to practice yoga with us in a warm atmosphere where personal attention is paramount.

Our classes are based on fundamental movements like straightening the legs, straightening the arms and straightening the spine…. and to keep them engaged as we move. Fundamental movements are crucial as they develop awareness of our bodies in our minds. During the practice you might find that an area of your body does not want to move that easily. This is the first step for developing physical awareness. As a result you gain a better understanding of your own body and might be able to bring movement back to that area of your body.

Mr. Iyengar developed this practice of exploration, observation and alignment in yoga. His kind of yoga as practiced by us is creative, vivid, joyful and never boring.
