Relax and Restore Workshop

This workshop is designed for women and men to restore and invigorate the mind & body with restorative yoga poses and pranayama.

Restorative practice has the immediate effect of creating a calmer and more present mind. It also has marked physical and psychological benefits like lowering the blood pressure and elevating and stabilizing the mood. 
The aim of the afternoon is to provide a time for you to focus on your own wellbeing.
