You can now book time for an individual yoga class. This may be useful if you are just starting out with yoga and are not sure yet whether it is for you. Or, if you have a specific health problem (back pain, shoulder pain or similar) that you would like to address with Franziska. During the session, Franziska will work with you to understand the nature of the problem and advise you on which asanas could be helpful or should be done in a modified way in order to alleviate your problem.
There is only one slot per session so that Franziska can focus on your individual problem. Bookings are essential.
